
If, within 30 days of receiving your item, you are not completely satisfied, return it and we will refund you the full cost of the merchandise, less any shipping charges. If you like the item, but selected the wrong size, and would like to exchange it for an equal or similar item, we will ship you a replacement and split the cost of shipping the new item to you. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
No returns are permitted on customized apparel. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied to any non-sample sports apparel item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. ValueSupply LLC is not responsible for lost shipments.
ValueSupply does reserve the right to refuse the refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the merchandise was used, washed or damaged.
