We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from sportsapparel4u.com. If within 30 days of receiving an item, you are not satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges.
Click here to fill out our Return Request Form. Or, call us at 877-358-4204. You will be emailed a Return Authorization Number (RA) along with instructions on where to return the item/s. Returns will not be processed without an RA number, no exceptions. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to any non-sample or exchange item. The amount is imposed by the manufacturer.
The product/s will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once your return is received, we will refund your monies and send you an email stating that a refund has been issued. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
EXCHANGE: If you like the product but purchased the wrong size, exchange it. On a new order, we will ship you the correct size. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you for the cost of the original item/s plus the shipping charge to exchange same or similar item.
No returns are permitted on customized, discontinued or closeout merchandise.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. ValueSupply LLC is not responsible for lost shipments.
ValueSupply does reserve the right to refuse the refund if, upon inspection, it is determined that the merchandise was used, washed or damaged.
