How does this work?

1.  Click here to view the many standard designs available.  Select a design and fill out a price quote request.
             
If you have your own logo or design, simply fill out either form above and email us your design at
valuesupply@att.net. 
       
2.  Based on your requirements, a quote and/or a sample picture will be created and emailed to you for review.
Once the quote is approved, your order is scheduled.  Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping upon receipt of order.      

3.  The minimum order for any Applique' application is 12 pieces.  Embroidery is 12.  Screen printing is 12.  There
are no minimums required for Melco Lettering or Numbers.  You can combine as many different styles to reach the
minimums.


General Pricing Guidelines:

  • Small - Medium size embroidery: $4.80 per item (up to 8,000 stitches, $.63/1000 stitches thereafter)
  • Full size embroidery: $9.60 (up to 25,000 stitches, $.63/1000 stitches thereafter)
  • Single word, brest size lettering: $3.60
  • Regular Applique' templates: $9.60 and up.  Sports add-on is $6.00.
  • Reverse Lase Applique: $4.80 and up.
  • Individual Plain Block Tackle Twill or Felt Lettering: $1.35 (1"), $1.50 (2"), $1.60 (3").  Additional for Full Block.
  • Regular screen prints: 1 or 2 color $6.00, additional colors available.  New artwork setup charge is $30.00.  Minimum order is 12.  Quantity discounts apply.


Notes:

  • Individual Tackle Twill/Felt Letters or numbers are available from 1" - 12", one or two colors.  Plain or full block.
  • One color script lettering is available
  • Melco Lettering is individual Letters or Numbers sewn into the garment.  Sizes available are 1", 2" and 3"  Choose between Custom Script, Full Block, Plain Block, Brush Script, Hobo or Russ Times
  • Set-up charges are applied to non-standard customization designs.  Disk design charges are $2.75 per 1,000 stitches.  Minimum of $27.50.
  • Disk design charges cover the time and labor involved in creation of such disks.  The actual disk remains the property of Holloway Sportswear (to be used only by the customer who paid the design charge).
  • References are available upon request.
