How does this work?

1.                  to view the many standard designs available.  Once you select a design, click on one of the following links

and request either a price quote or proof.

 

We welcome the use of your own logo or design.  Simply fill out the price quote form and email your design to us at

valuesupply@att.net.  A disc design charge is applicable if required.

       

2.  Based on your requirements, we will work up the cost per piece, create a quote and email it to you for your review and

approval.  Once the quote is approved, we enter the order to Holloway.  A sample swatch is created and a picture is

emailed to you for final approval.    

3.  The minimum order for an Applique' application is 12 pieces, 24 for screen printing and 12 for embroidery designs.  There

are no minimums requirements for Melco Lettering or Numbers. 

4.  Allow 3 - 4 weeks from the time the order is placed to receive your customized apparel.  Shipping is via UPS Ground.

Standard Pricing Guidelines

• Left or right breast embroidery: $4.45 per item (up to 8,000 stitches)
  

• Mid Size Embroidery: $6.65 (up to 15,000 stitches)
  

• Full Size Embroidery: $8.55 (up to 30,000 stitches)
  

• Applique' templates: $15.85 per design plus $9.40 for any extra templates that are not in multiples of 6.
  

• Individual Tackle Twill Lettering: $1.35 (1"), $1.50 (2"), $1.60 (3").  Plain Block, additional for Full Block.
  

• Melco Chest Lettering/Numbering: $3.85 per item per word.  $6.35 per item for 2-3 words
  

• Screen printing: 1-color $2.55, additional colors $.09.  Set-up charge is $31.65.  Minimum order = 24.
  

Notes

• Individual Tackle Twill/Felt Letters or numbers are available from 1" - 12", one or two colors.  Plain or full block.
  

• One color script lettering is available
  

• Melco Lettering is individual Letters or Numbers sewn into the garment.  Sizes available are 1", 2" and 3"  Choose between Custom Script, Full Block, Plain Block, Brush Script, Hobo or Russ Times
  

• Set-up charges are applied to non-standard customization designs.  Depending on design, placement and quantity, disk design charges can be between $78 - $477.00.
